I design websites that turn visitors into paying customers.

Your analytics already know where you’re losing customers. I design websites and stores to fix that, on data and sales psychology, not on gut feeling.

How I work

A good project starts with understanding the business, its customers, and what the site has to deliver.

Only then does it make sense to talk about how it should look.

Data first

I start with what’s already known: your analytics, your customer reviews, and what you see in your own sales. I ask about the things the data won’t show. Only then do I design.

Every decision has a reason

Layout, content, typography, the order of the sections. There’s a reason behind each of those choices and I can explain it, and they all lead to the same thing: someone getting in touch or buying.

A site you can grow

I don’t build sites that need rebuilding six months later. The structure and design system are set up so you can add pages and sections without starting over.

Igor Swatowski

I’m Igor. I’ve been designing websites that sell for over four years.

Most people come to me with the same problem: the site looks good, there’s traffic, but there are no sales. It’s usually not about how it looks. Something on the way from landing to checkout is unclear, too long, or in the wrong order, and you can’t see it until you check the data. So I look at where people drop off, arrange the content so it answers questions in the order they come up, and design the page around that.

I build fully functional websites and design online stores around their UX/UI. Over the past few years I’ve worked with more than twenty companies across a dozen or so industries: e-commerce (fashion, electronics, furniture, cosmetics), hospitality and short-term rentals, B2B tech, public sector, SaaS, education and local services.

Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before we work together. Still unsure about something? Just reach out.

  • Every project starts with getting to know your business, your customers and what the site has to deliver. Then comes strategy, content, design, build and launch. We’re in touch at every stage, so there are no surprises at the end.

  • A landing page usually takes 2–3 weeks, a website 4–6, a store 5–8. It depends on the scope and how quickly we settle the direction and the content. The date I give you at the start is one I take seriously.

  • It depends on what you need. A simple landing page and a large multi-page site are two different investments. Fill in the quote form and you’ll have a specific figure and scope the next day, with no call.

  • One round after the design presentation for landing pages. Two for larger sites and stores. If something needs a third round along the way, we talk about it rather than me quietly adding it to the bill.

  • A clear picture of the business: what you sell, who to, and what the site has to achieve. Any materials you already have help too, such as brand assets, photos and copy. If something’s missing, I’ll help put it together, that’s part of the job.

  • For three months after launch I’m available for fixes and small changes. You also get documentation and training so you can run the site yourself. If you’d rather hand that over, I can look after it on an ongoing basis after that period, priced separately.

  • Yes. I work from Warsaw, but I run projects for clients across Europe and beyond. Everything runs over email and online calls, whatever the time zone.

  • I design in Figma and build with whatever technology suits the project. The point is for the site to be fast, stable and easy to maintain, not for it to sit on something fashionable.
