Redesigning a £2M marketing agency website during brand evolution
The agency was rebuilding its brand, and the site still looked like the old one. I redesigned around 18 pages, one at a time, while the brand kept moving.

I designed a new website for Bordeaux & Burgundy, a UK marketing agency that works with B2B SaaS companies and turns over around £2M a year. The project ran for three to four months in 2025. A developer I work with handled the build.
The goal
The agency was building a new brand at the time. The colour palette had changed, some sections no longer fit, and the site didn't reflect the company the agency was becoming. The new version had to do more for sales: make a stronger impression in pitches and lead visitors to book a meeting.
I also asked for one measurable metric to design against. We chose bounce rate.
The process
The brand kept changing while we worked on the site, so we went in stages, one page at a time. I started with new landing pages for ad campaigns and specific client segments. Then I redesigned the existing pages to match the new visual direction.
For each page I prepared two or three options. The agency's creative team picked one and sent feedback, and I revised until it was approved. The approved design then went to development.
The result
Around 18 pages designed, including campaign landing pages for individual client groups.

“Igor played a big part in shaping both our website and our brand. During the refresh we changed direction more than once, and every time he helped us work out what to do, keep what was working, and come up with fresh ideas right when we needed them. He helped us get clear on our brand and on how we come across to clients and prospects.”
